THC has been granted with 70 patents as of December, 2017. When classified by the region, these patents include 40 in Taiwan, 19 in China(including Hong Kong), 3 in Japan and 8 in South-east Asia. When classified by the product type, these patens include 17 for plastic closures, 6 for aluminum closures, 8 for metal lug caps, 24 foe bottles, 2 for label, 3 for raw materials and 10 for others. There are twenty more patents that are still in the process of application.
